Our goal is to get the
items you ordered to you as quickly and
safely as possible, however, we know that
sometimes problems happen. If you need
to return an item to us, please refer to the
following instructions.
Wrong Item Received
If you are
shipped the wrong item, please
contact us for a return shipping
label. We will immediately ship out
the correct item to you. You will
be credited back for the price you
paid for your item(s) when we
receive your return in it's original
resalable condition.
Procedure to
make the return - Please contact us
for a return shipping label. Reseal
the package and tape the shipping
label you received from us on the
package. Contact the shipper for
pickup of the package. We will
immediately ship out a replacement
item to you and charge you for the
new item and postage. You will be
credited back for the full price you
paid for your defective item(s) plus
postage when we receive the returned
package.
Defective
Item
If an item in
your order is damaged through no
fault of the shipper, we will be
glad to ship a replacement. Please
follow the instructions below for
returning your item to us.
Procedure to
make the return - Please contact us
for a return shipping label. Reseal
the package and tape the shipping
label you received from us on the
package. Contact the shipper for
pickup of the package. We will
immediately ship out a replacement
item to you and charge you for the
new item and postage. You will be
credited back for the full price you
paid for your defective item(s) plus
postage when we receive the returned
package.
Item Damaged by
Shipper
If an item in
your order is damaged by the
shipper,
Procedure to
make the return - Please refuse the
shipment due to damage and contact
us with that information. If you
have already accepted the shipment,
please call the shipper for
immediate pickup and return due to
damage incurred in shipment. Please
contact us also so that we can
immediately ship out a replacement
item to you. You will be charged
you for the new item plus postage
then credited back for the price you
paid for your item(s) plus postage
when we receive the returned package
back from the shipper.
Buyer's
Remorse
If you change
you mind about the item(s) you
ordered (buyer's remorse), on our
receipt of your return, you will
receive shop credit for the price of
the item less 20% restocking fee.
Unused shop credit expires after 12
months. Postage is not refunded in
the case of buyer's remorse and you
are required to pay the postage on
the package you return.
Procedure to
make the return - Please return the
package to us in a secure, sturdy
container. Ship the package back to
us and request a delivery receipt
from the shipper on the package.
You may take out insurance on the
package at your discretion, however,
if the shipment is lost and your
shipper cannot confirm that they
delivered it to us, we will not be
able to give you a refund on the
return since we did not receive it
back from you. You may contact the
shipper to file for the loss of the
package. We can only give credit on
these returns if the item is
returned in it's original
condition.
